Jack's Sweater

Yup, I did finish it, and just in time for the Lombardi knitting event. Here's the guest of honor sporting his spiffy new outfit. The poor thing has a great "I can't believe they're making me wear this!" look. As a dog person, I can testify that most dogs hate wearing clothes. But as dog person, I can also say that they all look soooo adorable in them!

Now, I'm working on this:

Ahhhh, a scarf. How relaxing and gauge-free!

Awww, love the dog sweater. It reminds me of the time when our heating failed in the middle of winter, years ago when I was living with my parents and we had a dog. It was freezing, so we stuck a big woolly pullover on our dog. He looked a bit affronted, but at least it kept him warm, and he did look adorable, with his front legs peeking out of the sleeves of the pullover. ;)

Interesting pattern for the scarf too - is it from Scarf Style?

Your secret pal

The pattern is the Diagonal Block Scarf from the first scarves volume of the Vogue Knitting On the Go series. It's a nice little book, and resonably priced too.
